Snowflake challenge day one

In your own space, talk about why you are doing the Fandom Snowflake Challenge? What drew you to it as a participant? What do you hope to accomplish by doing these challenges? Leave a comment in this post saying you did it. Include a link to your post if you feel comfortable doing so.

 

 

I'm tired and my eyes hurt and I'm somewhere not my home and I have a headache. But I'm staying with a friend, whom I met through fandom, after getting back from a fannish brunch, where I met a bunch of other fen, and spent hours talking about all sorts of things, and got invited to things that I desperately want to go to even though I really can't, and was too busy to drink enough water, and wore my glasses for too long because I wanted to see everyone. I've added people and tagged people and messaged people and tweeted at people, and I want to keep doing so. And the fandom snowflake challenge is a way of reaching out, and of reaching back, that works for me. So I keep doing it, even when I'm tired and my eyes hurt.
